The service staff are very helpful and approachable. They can speak fluent English so there is no communication breakdown.
They also take the effort to explain the directions to where I’m heading.
Location is in btw Plaka and Syntagma square.

The hotel is in a perfect location! A few steps away from the Ermou shopping street, from Syntagma Square and also from Monastiraki Square it is only about 10 minutes. There are nice bars, restaurants and street food in the alleys around the hotel.
We had a room at the back. Since there are two bars on the street with louder music, I think it's annoying there, even if the rooms are very well insulated.
The reception staff are very nice and helpful
The breakfast was better than expected. There was even fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, croissants and small Greek specialties such as cheese pies or spinach pies, feta and apple fritters.
But above all, it is very clean everywhere!
