The location is good, but the facilities are average, and the room had a strong musty smell. It's a semi-self-service type of accommodation; the front desk isn't always there, so you need to find a way to contact them. The room is large, but otherwise it's just average.

Clean and hygienic.

El apartamento esta reformado pero falta mucho por terminar, tiene bañero de hidromasaje y una ducha sin mampara. La cocina no dispone de nada, dos pucheros, el menaje insuficiente, no había ninguna sartén para poder hacer nada. Tampoco hay ningún tipo de cafetera, si que hay un hervidor de agua. Entraron sin permiso y nos hicieron la habitación. En la vida había visto nada de eso. Y el día anterior de irnos, nos subieron un par de manzanas y un bollo,. La recepción del apartamento, no está nunca, los cuadros de la recepción están todos por los suelos, estaban de obras y todo es entendible pero después de las obras se limpia, todo muy sucio, El apartamento muy muy sucio, no hay escoba para recoger cualquier miga que se cae,

⚠️ BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ⚠️ I have no words to describe the complete and utter scam that this so-called “hotel” is. I booked the property through ***********, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROPERTY CONDITION WERE COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Upon arrival, there was NO STAFF AT RECEPTION and we could not reach anyone by phone or any other means of contact. After 30 minutes of trying to contact the property, INDIVIDUALS WHO APPEARED TO BE DRUG ******* CAME DOWN THE STAIRS and began wandering around while my family and I were still waiting in the lobby. As time passed and NO ONE RESPONDED THROUGH ANY CHANNEL, we felt unsafe and decided to leave the property. I attempted to file a complaint with ***********, but NO RESPONSIBILITY WAS TAKEN for advertising accommodations in such conditions. After a month of trying to resolve the issue and obtain a refund, THE PROPERTY REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND AND NEVER RESPONDED. The photos below DO NOT ACCURATELY REPRESENT THE TRUE STATE OF THE PROPERTY OR ITS MISLEADING ADVERTISING.

Reception and public areas were of good standard but rooms were atrocious. Mould on ceiling in bedroom., leakage around bath where sealing was broken or non existent. Also mould around cracks in seals around bath. No hairdryer or smoke detector. Tried to get hairdryer from reception which never arrived. Broken smoke alarm was in a drawer. Teas and coffees were not refilled over our whole stay of 4 nights. Had to ask for water glasses and milk on first day and milk each day after. Very disappointing. Couldn’t possibly rate as 4 star!!

Stayed for a weekend and was pleasantly surprised!! The suite was large, clean, and had a comfy bed with a small kitchen area. Metro station just around the corner made getting around easy.! Great value for money in a busy city like Athens!! !

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the suite was. It felt more like a fully equipped apartment than a hotel room, with a separate living area, small kitchenette, and a cozy bedroom — ideal for both short and longer stays. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Megaro Moussikis metro station, which made it easy to get around Athens quickly. At the same time, the area is calm and safe, away from the noise and crowds of the more touristy spots. The space was clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and check-in was smooth. It’s a great option for anyone who wants more space and flexibility than a traditional hotel room. Would happily stay here again.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-decorated, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The staff was professional and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was convenient, close to public transport and key attractions. Overall, a very pleasant experience – I would definitely stay here again!!

I had a comfortable stay at Art Suites Hotel in Athens. The suite was modern and well-equipped, with a spa bath and a furnished balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Also the complimentary Wi-Fi was a bonus. Would stay here again.

The property needs complete renovation. The room although very large, needs serious attention. Dirty mattress with a topper, stained walls, exposed wires, bath panel broken, open and dangerous drain in bathroom. Would not stay here again.

It is not an hotel. None at the reception (and this can be a problem if you need someone e.g. to call for a taxi). Rooms are basically small apartments with kitchen. It is clean but with very old furniture in a mixed style. Not recommended unless price is right.
