The front desk and the cleaning lady are very polite, but they seem to lack some professionalism. The facilities that the hotel can provide are not clearly explained. You need to go to the front desk to ask every time. The room is large, but it only has a bed, wardrobe, TV and TV cabinet, and no table or chairs. I think it's suitable for sleeping overnight, but if it's a travel room, it's a bit inconvenient, even if you want to heat things🍽️. There is no hot water kettle either.
The decoration is still OK, and the bathroom has unlimited hot water.
The front desk did not take the initiative to remind us and inform us of the time and place for breakfast, which resulted in us not having breakfast one day during our four-day stay. Maybe we are used to hotels proactively reminding guests about their meals, but no one informed us this time. As a result, we only found out when we looked at the bill that our purchase included breakfast.
All in all, it is a decoration, hotel location, and basic overnight environment
Both are good hotels, but there are still many shortcomings that deserve improvement.

As I walked into my 4th floor room, fresh off a 10 hour flight and hour ride into the city I opened my door to have an incredible view of the Acropolis lit up at night! I ordered a beer from the room service menu and Spacious room amazing shower. Close to the metro only 2 stops from the center. Nice location, near food and markets. The staff here was so efficient and down to earth! Thank you all for making my stay so much fun, and waking me up when you ordered me the pizza! :) I hope you enjoyed my card to you all. You are all extremely kind. I would stay here again.

A great comfortable clean hotel. Stayed for 5 nights on level 4 and we were very happy. The staff were courteous helpful and friendly.the hotel has some themed rooms and short stays but we always felt safe and comfortable and we were close to a supermarket and fruit shop. We had a dance pole in our room as you can see by pic as we are 70,s we advised the staff we would prefer a kettle mill and tea bag . A great stay

Great room. Clean. Fabulous shower. Good size room. Staff very attentive and service minded. Weird with the dancing pole in the room. Felt a bit like a room rented by the hour. No coffee making station, no glasses, no ironing board.

Room was clean and had a little balcony, good aircon and great location, 5 min walk to the train station, just 3 stops from the centre. Even though the people in the reception were really nice and helpful, we missed our ferry to Mykonos because of them. They offered to get us a taxi and I’m not sure what happened, but the taxi never came. They didn’t communicate or tell us they weren’t able to find a taxi until it was really late, bad experience!

Be careful what things you accidentally leave in your room and leave, then you never find it again... I went with my wife and she left some things on the table in the room and after 20 minutes we left and saw that her some things are missing, I call and things were flying...
