Very close to shopping, restaurants, bars, Acropolis and other sites. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with a large balcony. The ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom are quite low. Our apartment was on the 5th floor but there is an elevator. There is also a 'free' laundry facility; however, it was in use all the time we were there, and even into the night as we could hear it from the bedroom.

We were a group of 8 so booked a 3 bed apartment and a 1 bed apartment. Not realising that the 3 bed had only 1 bathroom. To our surprise on the day of travel the owner said we could have 2 3 bed apartments instead so 4 in each which was great, apparently there was an issue with the 1 bed anyway. The apartments were a very good size. Decor/ cleanliness varied, ours was little outdated compared to the 5th floor apartment however we had everything we could possibly need. The location was excellent, in walking distance of everything. Loads of bars and restaurants around. The rooms were nice and we had our own little balconies. We couldn't get the hot water to stay on so had a few cold showers. The shower or toilet was also leaking so there was a small puddle accruing which we notified the owner of when he came to check if everything was ok (nice touch). The bar downstairs played very loud music until early hours on Saturday which was a little annoying for some of us. Other than the couple of small issues, for what we paid I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend.

Amazing host who went over and above to provide excellent service...booking taxis,sending suggestions and checking we were ok...apartment is very central to all amenities from food to shopping to transport.so impressed that we could walk to hop on bus to get anywhere in Athens. Apartment is spacious however shower is small and it needs a paint but I would definitely stay here again

They will absolutely cancel on you last minute. On the very morning of our stay - my traveling with my elderly mother and young son, and I get a notification from the property that they canceled our fully-paid booking. I called. Their explanation? “Electrical problem”. But seeing as how another recent review states that their reservation was also canceled at the last minute because of “overbooking”, I’ll leave it to you to decide if you trust that story. Beware. Whatever reason they give you, and whatever you want to believe, cancellations will happen here at the last minute. They do nothing to help make up for it except apologize.

We booked an apartment on May 9 for a stay on June 22 - the reservation was confirmed and paid for. On june 21 - the day before our we are due to arrive - i get an email from *********** that our reservation has been cancelled due to overbooking. I contact the property and there is no response via phone or email. I contact booking and I demanded an explanation for this and how they can cancel a booking that is already paid for, and they say it is because the property has electrical problems and cannot accommodate any guests. To make a long story short, we had to scramble to find last minute accommodations and paid almost three times our budget because everything was booked. I contacted 5in Athens once we arrived in Athens pretending that I was looking for accommodation and they told me that they were open but were booked solid. I then asked about the "electrical issue" and they guy says who is this? I told them who I was and that my reservation was cancelled and he then remembered that they had electrical problems!!! Complete scam. They basically re-sold our apartment to a higher bidder I imagine. They did not even have the courtesy to call us. I am just glad I checked my emails or we would have arrived in Athens without a place to stay. HORRIBLE experience. Spare yourselves and do not book with them..

A true home away from home. Beautiful, stylish, comfortable, clean & safe! Very central location. Our host called us before check in to make sure we had enough details, helped with everything we needed, taxi, ferry, documents, he is such a gentleman! We will definitely return to this apartment every time we visit Athens!
