O Eldorado é um lugar maravilhoso! Atendimento, cozinha, recepção, pessoal da limpeza, jardinagem, equipe de recreação, todos são incríveis! A natureza ao redor é exuberante. Piscinas e quadras são impecáveis! Uma dica seria aproveitar o paredão do hall e colocar um retroprojetor. Pequenos reparos na escada, guarnições das janelas, armários, seriam bem-vindos! Enfim, indicamos o hotel 100%, tanto que voltaremos em uma quarta oportunidade 🎉

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and a lot of variety, I highly recommend this place especially if you have pet. The only thing I would suggest is for the hotel to have scooter for older people who has problem to walk long distances, the scooter would help them to see the grounds easily.

The rooms were very clean. The food was great. The kids were entertained with all the different sports. If I could do one thing differently, I would come on a weekend to participate in the scheduled activities (for example, they are having festa junina this weekend) Overall great experience

The chef is top notch and food was amazing! From breakfast through lunch and dinner. New year party was a hugely positive surprise. Animators all around keep the environment cool and fun. Including the “marathon” with guests! We were a big group with relatives and we enjoyed every single minute there! Super recommended!

Here you really find a tremendous place to relax and enjoy with your whole family! There are many attaction at the hotel as well as play grounds and swin pool for kids! All the meals are encluded! . Cofee Break , Lunch and dinner

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa com pessoas muito receptivas. O Grandão, Papagaio, Gatinha, Preguiça, Kaka e Muca. Foram muito legais, meu neto mais novo amou passar o dia com eles.
