The hotel has a good location and near The Centennial Olympic Park, just walk less than ten minutes from the hotel to get there, but this Area I don’t feel safe, some African American guys asked me for money and the hotel I did not see the Security in the lobby that makes guests feel not safe ,I hope they will improve it

Overall, this hotel met my expectation. The only exception is the AC. It worked well at the very beginning, however, once the fan speed was set to low, the engine suddenly became quite noisy.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Loads of amenities are available, food is on point, and service is top-notch. Would definitely consider this my go-to Atlanta hotel of choice.

I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway and I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, bathroom was a bit dated there were some loose fixtures but still nice. Keys didn’t work for the gate but front desk clerks were very helpful. I may book again!

entering the lobby from the front door or ascending the escalator, we saw a gold sculpture (of which I will supply a photo). and the lovely balconies and glass elevators. Our room was modern with outlets for both USB and USC as well as for regular plugs. A very large TV on the dresser, and ample drawer and closet space along with a balcony which we could enter from our room, were the room amenities. The location is on Peachtree Street, very convenient to the convention center below and to several nice restaurants (including Ray's in the City) and the convention center. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff.\ made this hotel a good place to stay for a business meeting, but close to world of coca cola and the Georgia aquarium for family to visit.

My friend and I stayed three nights at Hotel Clermont while visiting Atlanta. Great experience! The hotel served as an intriguing backdrop to our visit, enhanced by its decor, history, and, most importantly, its staff. First, Patrick (cafe barista) greeted us every morning with a beautiful smile, great conversation, and much-welcomed, early morning exuberance. What a great way to start the day! We felt as though we had our own guide to Atlanta with informed recommendations he provided for breakfast (Home Grown Restaurant), nightlife, and caveats. Additionally, front desk personnel were welcoming and always willing to help. Finally, our cadre of valet attendants were always on hand to

It feels good to stay for three consecutive nights. The location of the hotel is very good, and you can walk to Atlanta's main attractions such as Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola within a 15-minute walk. Longer distances such as: Piedmont Park and Atlanta Botanical Park are also about a 12-minute Lyft ride. The hotel is easily accessible by subway MARTA. The room is large and clean overall. The place to criticize is that the room is very close to the fire stairs. Two days in the morning, hotel staff used this staircase to make a loud noise that disturbed the dream!

In the city center, downstairs is the subway, opposite the boa and cvs, very convenient. It’s a quick walk to CNN and the world of Coca-Cola. It’s easy to go anywhere.

This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! After switching rooms three times, the conditions were still absolutely deplorable! Unfortunately, we were stuck here since we were out of town celebrating a friend’s birthday and all other hotels were booked to capacity since it was so last-minute. I have never been more appalled in my life as I was speaking to the general manager who made it seem as though the dirtiness of the hotel was a form of normalcy post Covid. All I received was excuses as to why things were dirty and that they were short-staffed and do not have the personnel to ensure cleanliness amongst all of the rooms. The attached pictures show the couch in a lounge area which I was told the spring breakers come and ruin everything and then leave. This may be true, however when you damage a hotel, I know for a fact you are charged an additional fee. It appears as though they would like to pocket the fee rather than clean and sterilize the areas that are badly stained and damaged. Also, there was a nicotine gum wrapper on the floor as we walked in, a dirty toilet and hair in the toilet as well as the tub which I attached some of the pictures. . The sink was stopped up the entire stay and the electric went off for a period of time. The air conditioner unit seem to make some weird noise every time we turn the unit off and would not stop until the unit was turned back on. There was a stain on the ceiling and the ceiling was a popcorn ceiling which should’ve been a hint and a half that this hotel did not care about esthetics and was dated. As you walk into the lobby, it smelled of pool water and chlorine. It was a terrible and very offputting smell. I cannot say enough about how terrible this stay was in addition to everything else that we experienced, from around 12 AM to 4 AM in the morning, teenagers were running up and down the hallway playing around and chasing each other unsupervised. When I called up to the front lobby so that they could rectify this matter, they did absolutely nothing even though they told me they would send someone out to correct it. They never did and the teens continued to reek havoc throughout the night. My best advice to any customer considering this hotel is to stay far far away and never stay here!!! They do offer a free breakfast but it’s absolutely terrible and inedible. I was so distraught about this stay that I want to make other potential guests to please stay away! Additionally, you will not be receiving a refund if you do encounter these terrible and unfortunate circumstances so do yourself a favor and book elsewhere! If you don’t mind these type of conditions, you might as well stay at $25 a night motel! I have attempted to reach out to the manager, Sal and was advised I would get a call back but never have.
