Reasonable and Clean Ranch House The Ranch House was well kept and clean. Lots of Amenities provided. Host was easy to contact and swift to answer. We honestly had no problems during our stay. The house is roomy with many nooks and crannies inside and out. We loved the outdoor space. The neighborhood isn’t the best but we had no problems with anyone. We would recommend the house and have no reservation to book again.

Great House - Ok Neighborhood We loved the house itself. Off street parking is fantastic, your cars are out of sight, out of mind. The living space is very nice to hang out in and there’s plenty of room to sleep 10-12 people. If you were staying for an extended time, there’s plenty of amenities to keep you comfortable including a wine fridge, computer station, and plenty of extra kitchen appliances. The neighborhood isn’t the best. It seems to be up and coming, but Bankhead has a long ways to go before it would feel like a Candler Park area. It’s a manageable 10 minute walk to the Marta, but our group found ourselves looking over our shoulders a lot at night.

Work stay The space was great for our work crew. We had ample room and great amenities while in Atlanta for a 3-week job. Sean, the property owner, was terrific to work with and helped us navigate use of the smart house features. We really enjoyed the space.
