experience luxury living in the heart of buckhead at our spacious and stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. perfect for couples, families, and business travelers, our 1,500 square foot property is minutes away from atlanta's top attractions such as lenox mall, coca cola world, the georgia aquarium, and more. with easy access to major highways, a resort-style pool, 24-hour gym, and outdoor grilling area, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. upon arrival, check in is easy and convenient with our self-check-in process. you'll also find all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay, including a washer and dryer, coffee and creamer, and a fully equipped kitchen with spices and cooking essentials. our apartment also features a king size bed, queen size bed, two single beds, and a sleeper sofa, as well as 50 inch and two 43 inch smart tvs, and wireless internet. our prime location in buckhead is just minutes away from restaurants and shops, with a train station within walking distance for easy transportation. if you choose to bring a car, parking is available for a small fee of $15/day. if not, there are plenty of options for dining and entertainment within walking distance. for stays over 30 days, we also offer free parking arrangements. to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, please note that parties and loud noise are not allowed on the property. please provide the full names and phone number of all guests staying in the apartment, as well as a front and back picture id of the main host, as required for this booking. indulge in luxury and convenience at our buckhead apartment and experience the best of atlanta. book now and make your stay a memorable one! host is always available via text, phone or in person!! check-in starts at 4pm. early check-in is granted based on availability. check out time is 11:00. 15 minutes to 2hr past 11:00am a $75 charge will apply.. gate key fob provided if lost or broken is a $500 fee. if keys are not returned to the key nest location 15 min after check out you will be charged $75.00 per hr until we gain access to the keys. guest access: the maximum number of permanent guests is limited to persons confirmed at time of booking and that amount only . no parties no loud gatherings quiet time starts from 10:00 pm - 8am. please remember you are a visitor in the community, if there any noise disturbances reported by neighbors or the security officer there will be a fine accessed to this booking/ termination of booking with no refund. pet policy: pets are not allowed. violation of this rule is a one-time cleaning fee of $250 plus $25 per each night stayed or termination of the booking with no refund of money paid for the reservation. this will be at the discretion of the host 4 black makeup removal towels have been provided for your convenience. if white towels or linens are stained with makeup, soiled, or used to clean up messes etc a $50 fee will be assessed. we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. parking: parking is $15/day!!! you are able to go in and out as many times as you need to. please be sure to register your car with the park by mobile app. booting is strictly enforced. we have no connections with the booting company and neither does the leasing office. please be sure to pay for enough time for the duration of your stay. we are not responsible for boots on guest cars. we do require a copy of all guest government issued photo identification prior to check in. age requirement: you must be at least 21 years old to stay in this unit. no exceptions!! id is checked upon check in. name on id must match name on reservation!! no exceptions.
