Atlanta's Hidden Gem: Modern 4BR/2BA House with Grill and Outdoor Space!

Nope! We didn't stay. The property was trash. Broken furniture, water coming in through the bedroom window, broken and uneven flooring, duct-taped flooring, no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms, broken mirror tossed in the closet. The railing was broken, which was dangerous because it was pouring rain when we dragged our unopened suitcases back down the front stairs to the car to get the hell out of that house. It's a disaster.

Hideous Non working lights, smoke smell, filthy, non working air it was extremely humid and hot, overall it was filthy. Not worth the price regardless of the location which is close to the city. Very uncomfortable experience. The place has nets and bugs a lot of things in the home was beyond wear and tear things were broken like the toilet seat, faucet knobs, door knobs duct tape on the floor to cover holes in the floor and only one smoke detector in one room. And that’s to name the least of the disgusting home. VERY UNHAPPY

It was ok for the occasion Inside of the was great. It had everything we needed. It was short on toilet paper and paper towels but we made due. The neighborhood did concern me at first but the neighbors kept to themselves and we didnt have a problem. The description said there was a grill and there was but it wasnt usable because of the condition of the out of the out door area. If I could give a 0 I would Booked 4 months in advance for a work trip with multiple adults staying and traveling in from all over the country. Was contacted 3 hours prior to check in and told our reservation was being cancelled because short term tenants were in the home and we should never have been able to book. (Couldn’t figure that out months ago?) Spent hours on the phone with Vrbo securing new place to stay, was late to my conference, had to change multiple plans and incur additional costs. Received an email a day later stating our reservation was cancelled due to “natural disaster” then another email that we were the ones to cancel. Would not recommend this home or host at all. Very disappointed in the service/communication.
