Room cleaning to be improved, Room very large and comfortable

Staff was excellent, they took care of everything. Switched me to a more quiet room when I requested. Traffic on the highway side of the hotel was disturbing my sleep

Quick family trip All the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly. We especially had great service from the guys working valet. The bed was comfortable and the room was laid out well. We didn't like how it was 2 hotels combined together. We wouldn't have stayed here if we had known because it caused some confusion on multiple occasions. We also didn't like that our room reeked of pot. It got so strong we had to open the balcony door to get fresh air. We were traveling with our babies so it was very off putting. The room was also very loud with street noise so if someone is staying they may want to consider that. For some reason in our room the noise was louder in the bedroom than living area.

Thermostat in room didn’t work properly. You could change the temp and was warm in the room. We called and they couldn’t move us till possibly the next day. We had a full day planned and had a lot of stuff. We wouldn’t be able to move till after 4pm in the afternoon so we opted to deal with it. They said they would give us more points and some money off the room but never did when I checked my statements. The last morning the shower glass door came off. It was just glued to the track and no screws going through. Luckily we weren’t hurt. Front staff didn’t seem to care. No house keeping and they didn’t state so when we arrived. Pool was nice, room was clean, and bed was moderately comfortable. The service and maintenance need some work. I won’t be going back.

We really enjoyed this property. The staff was next level amazing. The hotel was clean and our room was very comfortable. Great art. Overall super pleased with this stay and Homewood is def a brand we will stay at again. Only thing we didn’t love was breakfast.

It was a wonderful place to stay. The valet parking was great until they didn’t bring the car in time and we missed our flight home. We were able to book another flight the next day and the hotel gave us the night free! Call well in advance for your car if you have a time deadline to meet.
