Reviews of Canopy by Hilton Atlanta Midtown

I had a good stay at The Canopy Atlanta, but the parking situation was absolutely terrible. I was initially told online that parking costs $50, and when I checked in, it was listed as $55. However, on the day of checkout, I was charged $68. I was told this was because my small Mazda was entered as an oversized vehicle, which is just outrageous. It felt unfair and unprofessional. I believe The Canopy Atlanta should have its own parking lot or better arrangements, as I was told parking is handled by a separate company. Overall, the hotel was fine, but the parking experience was a major disappointment.

The best customer service! From valet staff, to everyone at the front desk, it is obvious that guests are valued. Each host remembered our names and greeted us with smiles and something specific about our stay every day. They wanted to make sure we felt appreciated, and we did. We will definitely come back!

Awful staff, location, amenities, rooms looked dingy, and staff over all was so rude

Came into town for a concert and enjoyed my stay. Room was really spacious and neat and tidy.

The Service was great everyone was respectful, room was very clean and housekeeping was very nice and quiet and gave us everything we need. The cons of the service we weren’t allowed to eat breakfast unless we paid, certain amenities in the room didn’t work, & we didn’t have a microwave. Overall if you’re doing a short stay about a week 8/10.

Ok hotel

This was a fantastic hotel. Rooms were wonderful, and that shower! The staff was so friendly too, we will definitely be back!

The hotel is located in Atlanta's Mid Town, with the nearest subway station being Art Center. I booked a double room, which was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were also very friendly. I forgot my wallet at the hotel, and they emailed me to let me know, which was very kind of me.

The hotel service was generally satisfactory, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, the cleaning staff only spoke Spanish, which made communication difficult, and they even left beverage bottles in my room, which seemed rather careless.

The facilities and services are excellent, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Highly recommended!
