The hotel is located near peachtree street. Although the location is close to Lenox mall but still a bit far for a walk. Saw a few pubs and bars. I would say they are ok in general but it would be nice if they could moved me upper floor as I clearly requested that I prefer upper floor .
Breakfast was rather good though although there weren't much varieties but blueberry pancake was very delicious.

This place is awesome. Room was upgraded due to remodeling. Quiet and comfortable and very clean. Everything you need is in walking distance. Everything!

The hotel itself is beautiful but there were renovations going on during the stay which interrupted my morning sleep. However, my biggest complaint is the exorbitant parking fees for self parking: $45 per night for hotel guests! That seems over the top.

The overall stay was great. The staff was incredible and made us feel right at home. They were so accommodating and welcoming to our 3 year old - he still hasn’t stopped talking about the stay. Our only negative would be the beds and pillows. Very flat, not comfortable. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

My husband and I both slept well on the comfortable bed, We stayed on the 18th floor and it was very quiet.
It is close to several restaurants. The staff is very helpful.
I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt twice in the last 4 months and both have been excellent.

Great Buckhead location and quality upscale hotel features. They were doing a remodel in the rooms above me but did. It hear anything until 9:00 AM and they prepped me for the construction during check in.
