We came to Atlanta for a little Anniversary trip. We are platinum Marriott members and have stayed at nice Marriott properties all over the world. The St. Regis in Buckhead is one of our favorites. We usually come here a couple times a year because of the great service and we love the location. This time, we had a few hiccups with the service. When we checked in, my wife ordered some coffee to be brought up but after an hour and still no coffee, she cancelled it because we were getting ready to leave. As we left, we asked to have extra pillows brought to our room, but when we returned, there were no pillows so we had to call down again to request the pillows. Finally, we ordered room service for dinner and after waiting over an hour, we called to check on the food and was told they delivered the food to the wrong room and had to make it again. We have always enjoyed staying here at the St. Regis and have always had excellent service. Hopefully this was an aberration and not a sign of declining service. They did comp the room service and gave us a hotel credit for our trouble without us having to ask which was nice. Will definitely be back
