Absolute fabulous experience. We arrived at 2am from a long day in New York and a late flight. We were greeted immediately and was given our room keys and a parking pass with in 3 mins. The room was fabulous. So big and roomy it even had a door to the bedroom that separated the bed from a couch area. The room had 2 tv's. It was above expectations.

The worst room I have ever stayed in I was so uncomfortable and could not sleep at all. The curtains were so dirty even the face towels didn’t feel clean lol. The room had the worst smell ever I couldn’t stay long I check in around midnight and checked out at 4am

The air didn’t work and it was hot in our room. TV didn’t work in BDR. Room was great other than that.

Everyone was very friendly, but don’t count on them to do what they say. We asked for housekeeping three times. Finally, I threw the towels and the trash cans outside the door and was walking to the front desk to ask for more towels when I saw the housekeeper picking up the towels. I asked her for new ones which she actually brought. She had been asked twice before. The bathroom was marginally cleaned. That’s not a bug in the picture. Looks like dried snot. Very friendly. But expect to be looked in the eye and told something will happen that absolutely wont

The gear was not operable and maintenance was unable to rectify until after midnight. There were no other rooms and we were offered blankets in lieu of heat.

It was not like it looked in the pictures. The bedding was super thin and the pillows were tiny and lumpy. The TV was on when we got in there. There was no smell of cleaning supplies or fresh scent or anything.The pool and hot tub closed at 9pm so we couldn’t unwind in the hot tub after our flight.

The room only had electricity to the refrigerator, and TV on one wall. Lamp, electrical outlets didnt work. And the water at the wet bar also didnt work. Sheets were too big, we woke up sleeping on the mattress and not the sheets.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was not clean, ketchup stains on couch pillows, the bedspread had yellow stains on it and what looked like a bloody mucus. The sheet looked to have been washed but the sheet should have been in the garbage bin not on a bed. Breakfast was great in my opinion,
