Firstly, if you want to park on premises it's $45 per night. We opted to use a parking garage across the street for $16 but had to cross a busy street hauling luggage which was about a 10m walk & very busy (if you opt to stay here, park in section 16 to be the closest). We arrived around 3:45 (45m after check in time) & were told there were no king rooms available and we'd have to wait about 30m for one. I think this is a ploy from the hotel staff to push a double queen room for those less inclined to wait. The room was clean, and my name displayed on the TV welcoming me-nice touch. No trash can liners which was weird. The shower doors did allow for water to leak all over the bathroom floor. There was a cocktail reception which allowed each guest to receive 2 drinks, nice touch but only 1 bartender & she was NOT happy. The location is GREAT! Lots of things to do close by. WORST part- the walls to the room are paper thin. We heard every word from the people next door at ALL hours of the day & night. It became so obnoxious we considered leaving & felt extremely uncomfortable having our own conversations or being intimate. We heard every person walk by our room & every conversation outside of it. If you plan on staying for a romantic trip, or restful sleep, just dont. The breakfast, touting their fresh, made to order omelettes/breakfast, was scarce; no pastries, muffins, or cereal (!) & the fruit & yogurt stations bare. There is a waffle maker & bagels, but no cream cheese (!).
