Nobu Hotel Atlanta

The property is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the management is bad. We stayed 2 nights and had to call for towels 5 times. The shower doesn't have a door, so it soaks the bathroom, so extra towels are needed to dry that up. We were told multiple times that the towels were in the dryer. This is a 5-star hotel that apparently doesn't have enough towels. Ridiculous!

First there is no doorman at the front ever! Sometimes a valet but never a doorman to help with your luggage! Second, the hotel alarm went off and told everyone to evacuate the hotel early Monday morning. Guest were running all over the hotel and no one working from Nobu gave us ANY instructions! I went to the front desk and one man was on the phone and the other lady was registering a new quest! So I said in my PJ's what is going on! The man behind the desk says, "it's a false alarm." So my husband called my cell because he went to the garage and said people were running around in their under garments and there was no one from the hotel in site! So I told him that it was a false alarm and my husband had to tell the other guest! So when I returned to my room I called the manager and she made excuses for their incompetence stating, the alarm did not go off at the front desk only in the rooms. I explained to her that 5 star hotel means offering high quality service period! I explained to manager that her staff was fully aware of the alarms because the guy behind the desk was answering the phone telling guest calling that it's a false alarm and I had to interject and ask what is going on! So that was not the truth! I told her that your guest's safety is your # 1 priority and that there should be a door man at the door! Nobu is NOT a 5 star hotel! If guest safety & quality service are important then stay at the Ritz or 4 Seasons for the same price! Just a MESS! I won't return!

I was disappointed with the hotel's customer service. While I enjoyed the room and the gym, the front desk added $240 in dinner expenses to my bill, which I didn't incur. The invoice was sent to me via email and I didn't notice it until a few hours after I had left the hotel. Several emails and phone calls later, I have not yet received a refund. In fact, the front desk made it my responsibility to speak to the restaurant staff who falsely put the amount on my room bill. I'm usually a fan of Nobu and this poor service is an outlier from my experience. Nonetheless, it's surprising and disappointing.

Great property and amenities. My only issue was the alarm going off that had us running scared. We ran down stairs and after finding our way back to the lobby, no one at the desk attempted to offer any explanation. I also found it strange that the lobby desk went without a receptionist long periods. I’d visit again for the room cleanliness, comfort and restaurant.

I love Nobu hotels and the ATL location did not disappoint. We were greeted with hot towels and tea upon arrival. They staff was amazing and when I forgot some items in my car they kindly brought them to my room. The room was gorgeous & the bathroom was luxurious. I will always stay at this location when visiting ATL. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Heard loud noise till 4 am. Maid service did not appear until evening. Arrived at 10:15 pm and mall gates to get to hotel were all locked and no one answered at hotel to help. Will not return

I loved the ambiance of both the hotel and the restaurant. The staff was amazing & I will book again!

We had an amazing time from the accommodating front desk to the attentive wait staff. Easy check in and check out process.
