Overall, I won't choose it again in the future. It is more appropriate to go directly to the hotel, as no one cares about hygiene🥹

I love staying here but I was put off bcuz the room was airy and didnt hold no heat. It was very cold. I dont know if it was bcuz it was a corner room or what.... Also I tried to order room service only to be told the fryer was broken. I find this hard to believe and unacceptable that a multi-million dollar business doesn't have a backup plan for frying food. Totally unacceptable and I was embarrassed because I told my wife you would love this place...Needless to say she didnt!

Check in lady was very friendly and kind. Rooms are clean and large. Kids loved pool. Breakfast is awesome!! We would stay here again :)

I had to switch rooms three times, the first room had a strong odor of Bleach, which gave me a headache, and was told by the front desk person that some of the housekeeping staff bring in their own cleaning supplies! Second room was not cleaned. Third room was clean, but the TV wasn’t working, once again front staff informed me that the TV had to warm up! At that point I was tired of switching rooms after traveling from South Carolina with my children, I stayed and had my kids watch TV from my laptop!
Not pleased and will not be returning!

Stayed two nights staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast and evening reception were good. Our room had the bed made after first night but room was not cleaned and dirty glasses from day before were left in room

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well maintained. Our room was nice, although the first night and next morning we showered without hot water. That is my only complaint. The complimentary breakfast was excellent even tho the breakfast team were short staffed they still delivered good food. Overall great visit.

Ants in the room, broken and outdated TVs. Only thing that was nice about the stay was the maintenance personnel that helped us get switched to another room because of the broken TVs
