Courtyard Auburn

The actual room was kind of nice, I was expecting worse. The AC worked, some lighting didn't, but overall, the room was fine. The Titanium benefits do not exist at this hotel and front desk could not care less to learn more about Marriott program. When I asked what are the Titanium benefits at this hotel, the response was if you have enough points, you can get a free room......Oy vey, paging Bonvoy support for basic program education. The upgrade was flat out denied, although there were several suites remaining unoccupied and available for sale even in the late hours of the night. The hotel has a restaraunt, which I highly do Not recommend. The $14 burger was absolutely disgusting and cold.

All of the staff were very friendly and professional! From check in to Miss Yniece ( not sure if spelled correctly) who did a fantastic job with breakfast! It was so delicious, I am truly impressed. The best 3 star hotel breakfast I have EVER had and I'm a huge food and hotel snob!! Bed and room was comfortable. The cleanliness is a little less than desirable, the floors and seating needs some thorough attention. I'd definitely come back, and when I do, hopefully Miss Yneice will still be there cooking and the staff are just as pleasant and professional. Thank yall!!

The staff at the hotel create a professional and clean experience. Especially Damesha made sure any special requests were handled easily. The cleaning staff also were superb and professional. For no-nonsense serious travelers, I give high marks to this hotel. The common area, hallways and rooms were very clean. There must be great management because the entire staff appeared to love treating the guests well.

Compared to the Chinese, the delicious breakfast is acceptable, with egg custard, milk, waffle, sausage, bread custard, milk, fruit juice, and fruit. Parking was perfectly fine. The location is easy to find, and it is conveniently located next to Highway 85. Overall is good.
