All the Members of the Staff were outstanding every day of my 60 plus day stay. Room was always clean. Billing was always correct and on time. Constantly cleaning and maintaining the hotel. I have nothing negative to say about any aspect of my stay. It was a wonderful Experience and hope to return.

I Have stayed at days inn on many ocassions, very seldom do i need assistance with my stay at days inn, my only regret, i didnt take advantage of the Windham Rewards. Make no mistake, i will use and collect my Windham Rewards in the future. I have stayed at other hotels,which are ok, but... i prefer Days Inn, they go above & beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Days inn, in Auburn,Wa. is in close proximity to shopping, fast food, grocery stores and the such. beleive me...... i would not be posting this reveiwe if i was not 100% satisfied. thank you. S.D.S.

I am glad that I did not pay attention to other negative reviews here. They looked unreasonably harsh to the hotel and lacked details. I stayed at Holiday Inn for a total of 8 nights. All was super positive experience from the time of arrival through the last day of departure. The location of hotel is central in Auburn as well as the greater Seattle area. Access to other areas is easy. My top requirement is a clean and sanitized hotel, especially under COVID-19 pandemic. This hotel is proven to be kept clean everywhere in the lobby, pickup area of breakfast, elevators, hallways, and of course, inside the hotel room. The hotel is no longer brand new, but kept clean and sanitized. Front desk is set up to comply with COVID-19 rules. There is hand sanitizer everywhere you can ever imagine. All staff at the front desk are always knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to help at any time. I was a newbie in Auburn and had to ask them for help in directions, restaurants, and others. Everyone at the front desk, both in day shift and night shift, is super friendly and super helpful. If you see any negative reviews written by others about the hotel staff, please ignore them. The hotel staff here is one the best I've ever dealt with. A minor area that is not perfect is about driving into the hotel from the opposite side of the street. You can't just make a left turn to pull into the hotel parking lot because it is blocked off by a concrete median put up by the city of Auburn. This is not the hotel's fault. I'd blame it on the city's poor city planning. From the opposite side of the street, you have to pass over and keep going for three more traffic lights (in short distance), and then make a U-turn to come back to the hotel. It is silly but you get used to it in no time. Lastly, ask for a quieter room in the back of hotel. I am glad I did. There is quite a bit of train noise in the front of hotel facing the railroad tracks. If you can get a quieter room, you will be a very happy camper. Totally worth staying at this hotel. The rates are reasonable and services are just awesome!

I understand that hotels have to undergo renovations etc., but this was a very dirty hotel. Weather you had shoes or socks on or were barefoot, you would literally stick to the floor! There were a lot of strange smells and stains as well. It needs to be renovated but dang some warning would be nice! It was incredibly loud with terrible construction that we were not made aware of upon booking. Literally from 8 am to 6 pm we had banging, saws, tile breaking etc. This went on even over the weekend. We did end up switching rooms to get away from some of the construction mayhem but the cleanliness of the rooms was really hard to get past. Unfortunately, we were staying for a cheer competition and had to stay in that particular hotel or I would have definitely left and stayed somewhere else. The staff was really nice and it was obvious it was out of their hands. They even admitted to it being a huge problem. We were paying $170 per night - almost double the price they normally charge because of it being for a cheer competition and we were staying in really bad conditions.

Stayed there for two nights, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean. We thought that the beds were fresh and comfortable, but the TV was old and outdated, not a classic... the bathroom was clean and ok. showers could be ok but short... Forget a hot soak in the tub, it holds water ok, but after getting hot water for 5 inches in the tub, the hot water peters out... although if determined, you can heat water in the micro with the ice bucket for enough hot water... Overall an OK place for travel stop, but not an extended stay. They need to address the hot water issue.
