Property and main lobby very nice
But once i got into my room found a bug on the wall
Smells musty in the toom
AC vents had rust
Tv remote didnt work properly
Room service didnt even take care of my room
I had to ask for new towels and a blanket

Been here a few times now. Always a great place to stay when we are in area. Would definitely recommend this hotel. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Free breakfast is also provided and ok.

The bathroom door won’t close as someone installed in the wrong way. Also the smell at the lobby and especially in the room is really bad, almost the same smell but in the room is worse. Those carpet have an old, full of dirt smell and I could even smell urine so it wasn’t fun. Also, you need to ring the little bell every time for someone to come and assist you as there is never anyone at the check in.

Woke up to a few tiny little roaches on nightstand. With feces dropping on nightstand.
Overall room seemed clean but then I was of course itchy and slept with lights on… Staff lovely, spray for critters!!!

We booked a room with a King bed and jetted tub. The room was huge and super clean, with an extra nice walk-in shower in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

The room stink but everything was clean then the tv started messing up called the desk twice and the first time she said the tv was fine then once she left it did it again we left the tv on and then switched rooms but it was smaller and still had the same stink. She also mentioned that if the cleaners smell **** we wouldn't get our deposit back but it already smelled like ****. Both rooms. So 150 down the drain.

Nasty around the entrance, noises in the hall 24/7
A bunch of construction workers are basically living there, Drinking out front.

just a complete mess, Have no idea how this place has the rating that it has, so yousf a favor and go to Winter Haven
