Pullman Auckland Airport

The location is unbeatable, right across from the terminal exit. First, you'll see the Novotel, and the Pullman is right next to it. You can push the airport luggage cart all the way to the hotel entrance, which is incredibly convenient for those with large luggage. Breakfast is served from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with a wide variety of options, including gluten-free bread and cakes, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel service is excellent; several male staff members in the lobby proactively helped with luggage and pushing the carts. The only downsides are the poor soundproofing at the door – there was constant door opening and closing noise in the hallway all night, which would be very disturbing for light sleepers. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom was not great.

This hotel is right by Auckland Airport, perfect for late arrivals. The rooms are quite spacious, and the beds are really comfortable and clean. It feels newer than the Novotel next door, making for a very convenient and pleasant stay.

Our flight back to Australia was at 7 AM, so we booked this hotel right next to the airport terminal well in advance. It was indeed very convenient, and the hotel facilities felt quite new. However, getting there by car was a nightmare. The navigation led us to the airport, and then everything just became chaotic. I had no idea which turn to take and ended up circling around multiple times before finally reaching the hotel entrance. I even mistakenly drove into the adjacent airport parking lot, which cost me an extra $5. By the time I found it, I was completely exasperated!

Our first night of our honeymoon. They gave us a thoughtful gift. Everything was clean and well-appointed. Good location. We would definitely stay again.

The room was spotless and super close to the airport, just a two or three-minute walk. The front desk staff were really helpful; they let me check out late, at 1:30 PM, even though my flight wasn't until 3 PM.
