A return trip to the hotel. Great location, amazing views and good room size. Only thing is there are no complimentary late checkouts and upgrades like they used to do before.

We are very dissatisfied with our lake view suite. The building in front basically blocks our lake view. I don't know why we are on such a low floor, which results in a very poor view. The lake view suite we booked has this kind of lake view and it is amazing.

The room is quite big. Queenstown is not that big. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the nearest hotel or steamship. There is a 200-300 meter uphill road back to the hotel. It is a little tiring, not because it is far, but because it is uphill. I stayed in Queenstown for two days without renting a car.

Two nights in total
Hygiene: Basically no, the bathrobe is sour, the sofa is dirty, this is the first time I have seen no bedside towels on the second night of stay
The hotel does not have a doorman, and you have to climb a hill to get back to the hotel. The concierge does not provide proactive service. The facilities are newer than the Crowne Plaza, and overall it is worse than the Crowne Plaza. For reference.
