The hotel's location is great for city walks, and it's not far from the Sky Tower. The room itself isn't very spacious, but the bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom, however, is quite roomy and comes with body lotion, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and a disposable shower cap (outside of China, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are rarely provided). The water pressure is excellent, making for a pleasant hair wash and shower experience. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's still pretty good. There are no complimentary bottled water in the room, but filtered water is available in the hallway. The hotel's parking lot is quite small.

The hotel's location is highly desirable, offering convenient access to a wide array of dining establishments, particularly the numerous Korean restaurants situated on the upper section of Queens Street, directly across from the property. Despite the presence of multiple tourist groups, the room provided a comfortable and tranquil environment. My stay was significantly enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Oliver at the front desk, whose friendly demeanor and evident passion for his work were particularly noteworthy. I highly recommend seeking his assistance should you require any support during your visit.

The hotel is in a quiet yet central location, right next to the University of Auckland. The room was very clean, and the facilities were new with a great view of the Harbour Bridge and Sky Tower. The hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast selection was quite varied. Plus, there's a water dispenser on every floor, which is really convenient.

The location is convenient, the room layout is good, and the environment is pleasant. Facilities are complete. Service was excellent; they patiently and promptly resolved issues. I had booked the wrong dates, and the staff helped me change them. The hygiene was clean and tidy.

The location is convenient, within walking distance to Sky Tower and Queen Street, and there are many affordable and delicious food options nearby. The hotel breakfast is quite generous. The only minor issue is that the parking entrance is a bit small and easy to miss.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I didnt like that I had to request bathrobes, toothbrush and slippers which took a long time getting to me. Location is convenient. If getting dropped off curbside, it’s a little hiccup trying to wheel suitcases up to the entrance. Do-able but just a a bit of a hindrance.

The hotel's location is decent, but it's a bit of a hassle if you're taking the SkyDrive, especially with luggage. For everyday outings, though, it's convenient as it's right at the beginning of Queen Street. I booked a corner room with a Sky Tower view, and the high floor offered a good outlook. Spreading out two large suitcases made the room feel a bit cramped, but the room itself was nice. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even offered complimentary welcome drinks, which we used after checking out and returning to rest – that was a nice touch. Breakfast was a standard buffet.

The room isn't huge, but the location is excellent, right near the Old Town Hall and at the end of Queen Street, offering good value for money. The facilities are decent, and it's a partner hotel with Hainan Airlines. Breakfast is also pretty good.

The room is spacious and located in the central city, making it very convenient to get to Sky Tower, the Art Gallery, the Saturday Market, the War Memorial Museum, and the University of Auckland. It's also easily accessible by the airport SkyBus. The night view from the 19th floor, with Sky Tower visible, is highly recommended.

Booked a high-floor room with a view of the Sky Tower. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully laid out. Breakfast was extensive, and the customer service was professional and attentive. The location is excellent, and they even offer a convenient airport transfer booking service!

Great location! The Super Shuttle from the airport takes you directly to the hotel for $20 per person. There's a water dispenser right by the elevator, which saved us a lot on buying water during our stay. However, we checked in before 10 PM that night and there was absolutely nothing to eat. We were starving, and room service was already closed.

The hotel is conveniently located near Queen Street and Sky Tower, among other downtown attractions, making it very easy to get around. The rooms are clean and tidy, perfect for both leisure and business travelers.
