Location is grate, near to public transport, nearby a lot of eating place. Food republic inside the ****** is not bad. Staff are helpful,. check in going to right counter.

Excellent! Everything beyond expectation at such a good price. There's even a gym room right next to our room making it so convenient for us to continue doing exercises while travelling! Re. Free parking, it's only available if you book via hotel's official website. Nevertheless, receptionist advised that if we eat or play in SkyCity and spend over NZD40, we'll get the overnight parking free. We dine at the very delicious Depotin to validate the free parking ticket and it worked..

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The concierge desk was super helpful, you can basically ask them anything. Needed an umbrella, directions to the nearest post office, and even tape, and the staff were always quick to help (they even delivered items to our room). Service was excellent and very attentive. Location is great too, close to the city center, so getting around was easy. There’s also a ****** upstairs. Only small downside was that we got confused with another SkyCity property and accidentally went to the wrong one at first. Parking was also a bit tricky to find.

The location is good and skyciity is just above. Its decent clean and neat. Staffs at reception are very friendly and helpful. Just note that if you didnt bring along toothbrush, pen, comb, water etc. You have to request from the cleaner. They are not found in the room. If you self drive, there's no free parking if you booked through 3rd party. $35 can be waived if you eat at certain resturant. $35 is per exit.

This hotel is the best one in terms of price that I got and it did not disappoint! It was a really nice hotel, clean, and really accommodating. Parking was free as well! For a hotel in the city it’s amazing that they offer free parking

After meticulously comparing hotels through reviews, choosing this one was definitely the right decision. The location is superb, right beneath the Sky Tower, and conveniently next to the SkyBus stop from the airport and the Intercity bus station, making transportation incredibly easy. Downstairs is the famous Depot restaurant. Check-in is self-service via a machine, and the entrance feels very safe, unlike other hotels where you might encounter homeless people. A short walk takes you to a New World supermarket and Chemist Warehouse, making everything easily accessible. They provide a kettle and daily housekeeping, which is quite suitable for Chinese travelers. There's also a gym upstairs. All in all, it's a very worthwhile stay, and the price is reasonable too.

Everything was all good. The skydrive bus stop is just downstairs. We went to Rotorua and the bus stop is also downstairs. Everything was good except the basin. The water in the basin clogged a bit. There are no slipper and toothbrush at the hotel so better bring your own.
