Great stay again at Grand Millennium Auckland. Arrived late and was so good they have valet parking and electric charging made check in so smooth. Sat in the bar and had lovely drinks an food. Such a nice visit definitely be back again

Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and the lobby feels very spacious. The bathroom is huge and even has a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak to relieve fatigue. Cleanliness: The room and even the hallway railings felt dust-free, which was great. Environment: The environment is comfortable, and there's even a swimming pool. Service: Excellent service. They proactively helped carry my luggage to the room. Parking was also convenient.

Great hotel such as the lobby and the structure of the building, however needing some improvements like in the hotel amenities, so easy to check-in but suggesting to improve its customer service especially in their restaurants.

"I stayed at this motel recently, and I have to say, the location was absolutely amazing—the view from the room was outstanding. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. My only small critique is that the TV was a bit outdated and could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, though, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d still highly recommend it."

The hotel is in good location, the room was spacious and comfortable. But the room door was so thin that we could hear someone outside talking on the corridors. One day we came back at 9pm exhaustedly from many adventure activities all day, and found out that our room hadn’t been made up, the towels hadn’t been changed and also the bedding, although we had put the “please make up my room” sign on. So disappointed
