The room was not as well kept as expected with dust around the sliding doors and generally old/ worn out fixtures. Staff generally helpful. Very convenient location for down town and the viaduct.

Great place located near to harbour and Skycity and walking distance to the city centre. Great indoor pool, sauna and spa which are clean and modern. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this place.

the bathtub location is odd, is too high and narrow space for shower. bathtub should be replaced. stayed two nights and staff didn't fill up the coffee and milk. for such a high price, it's not worth it.

Rooms were unexpectedly large. Quiet on the 3rd floor, except for the odd noisy motorbike passing. Decor a bit dated but it had everything needed. Close to the wharf and ******. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Convenient to the viaduct. Very tired property. Needs a spruce up. Bed great. Shower over bath, very narrow and high to get in. Staff ok.

Unclean, outdated and one of the men on reception was incredibly rude, but not to just us, but to everyone that they were serving. We’ve agreed we won’t be returning again
