The room is clean and tidy, but please note that compatriots from the mainland may not be comfortable with it because the quilt is not a quilt cover, but a sandwich of two layers of sheets and one layer of quilt! Moreover, the sheets and sheets have yellow stains, so it is recommended to bring your own sheets when checking in. Overall, the service is good and the transportation is convenient. Behind it is Auckland Domain and UOA.

Wonderful front desk staff with a beautiful smile and kind disposition. Very helpful. The room clean and modern. No issues other than noisy A/C unit. Will come again.

It was very tidy and clean. The shower was atrocious though. No pressure and wobbly fixture that needed constant fiddling. After battling the evening before, we left without showering in the morning and showered when we got home. We had chosen Quest for proximity, convenience and parking so we could get to a concert after driving to Auckland. We didn't use the kitchen or any other facilities. Bit of a pity really, as the unit was good otherwise.

Room was tidy and clean. The kitchen had a great selection of utensils, plates, a microwave, cook top, etc - very easy to cook your own food. The washer/dryer was also a bonus. I found the room quite hot and the aircon didn't make it into the bedroom as there was a large wall across the room. Great location, very friendly staff. Would stay here again

Excellent stay and hotel is conveniently located for an easy walk or ride share to many areas. Staff are amazing!
We faced a rather busy street so the noise level at night from 11pm to 3am was the norm. Need a way to drown this out.
Otherwise, our stay was perfect!

This was the prefect place for me to stay prior to my Procedure at Auckland City Hospital.The room was accessible with my mobility issues.Room was very clean and nice and quiet so I could rest.
Very handy to the expressway and Hospital and not to far away from Westfield Newmarket.
Staff very friendly and parking on-site made this a 5Star experience.I will highly recommend The Quest Carlaw Park to others looking for accommodation in Auckland.
