Reviews of Nesuto St Martins Apartment Hotel

We got a two bedroom apartment with and extra rollaway bed for 4 adults .

There’s a bit smell of cigerette smoke in the bathroom. We’re struggling to connect the tv to the wi-fi and we end up watching in our ipad.

The apartment was a good size and layout, and well kitted out kitchen. Cleanliness was mixed - bathroom and bedroom were great, but kitchen could have been better (there was a dead cockroach in the cupboard). Staff were friendly and location is decent.

This place is excellent for everything except we didn't sleep well as it was very loud, people in the street below, sirens and traffic. Nothing they can control but definitely a consideration that needs to be made.

Good location near K Road and easy walk down to waterfront and Britomart. 2.5km walk to Eden Park and Newmarket. Rooms are ok but not the reason to stay there. Handy having kitchen and laundry facilities.

Lovely clean friendly place, would definitely stay again

The hotel is right next to a cemetery, which is still a bit unacceptable for Chinese people. Choose this hotel with caution.

The room is spacious and bright, convenient for travel, the price-performance ratio is very high, I will stay here again next time

The apartment was a bit cramped. I saw that there were apartments of the same category with a larger and better-appointed living room, knowing that we stayed 10 days, 9 nights. We were a bit cramped.... In the kitchen there is a fridge with freezer (very good), as well as a microwave (top), however for cooking a frying pan (a bit tired) and two small saucepans. There is no salad bowl (for example). On the other hand, the bedding is top and comfortable.

The top floor balcony offers a view of the Sky Tower.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the University of Auckland. You can walk about 1 kilometer to Queen Street. The sofa and chairs in the room are relatively old. Opposite the hotel is a cemetery. It was a bit crowded at night. I stayed for 4 nights and there was no cleaning during the period. I had to change the bath towels by myself every day. I throw away the garbage myself, the kitchen equipment is quite complete, and I buy food from the supermarket and cook it myself.
