Rude came into our room in the morning while we were still sleeping telling us to hurry up as the cleaners were waiting to clean the room. Will not be back.

Decent Experience at Dukes Midway Lodge Auckland I recently visited the accommodation in Auckland, and while it was an okay experience, it didn’t quite stand out. The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were friendly, but the service felt a bit slow at times. The menu had a decent variety, and the food was solid, though not particularly memorable. It felt like something was missing to make it truly exceptional. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a casual visit, but if you’re looking for something unique or extraordinary, there might be better options around. It’s fine for what it is, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression.

Clean room. Friendly hosts. All I really want for a weekend stay.

Late arrival from Sydney, only stayed the night, but I enjoy staying there cos very handy to my mum's in Royal Oak, staff are friendly amenities in the room is satisfactory...

Our studio room was small but adequate and clean. I’ll book a bigger room next time😁. The bed was good and the shower was lovely. They are renovating rooms at present and I hope they repaint the pool. It will look more inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good value for money. If you don’t want to spend much and just need a place to stay a night

The unit was very spacious, clean and reasonably priced. The bathroom had a large shower and looked like it was recently refurbished. The office receptionist was friendly and helpful. Plenty of space for parking.

I had an uncomfortable experience during my stay. There were large cockroaches appearing at night, which made the room feel unhygienic and difficult to relax in. Additionally, the sliding door was extremely hard to open and close, making it inconvenient and frustrating to use. Overall, the room maintenance needs significant improvement. I hope the management can address these issues so future guests can have a better experience.
