The room was clean and tidy, and the surrounding environment was quite comfortable. The only downside was that it was a bit difficult to get a taxi in the morning; I had to wait for almost 10 minutes.

Short stay at Dorint Augsburg, upgraded from 4th to 8th floor, thank you because on the 4th the view is no view. The location is great for a meeting at the Kongress center but no shop or restaurant around, just the park. The hotel is very dated, the architecture is interesting but only the front desk and restaurant have been renewed. Don't expect a USB socket there. The shower head was not clean (mushrooms). The staff - except at the breakfast - are mostly uninterested in providing a warm service. I was offered a drink if I cancel the cleaning service, that I accepted; but in the morning, the cleaner entered the room without knocking :( Due to a change in my work schedule, I had to leave and wanted to cancel the second night, it was refused and I was charged 100%.

The facility is quite clean, but it's a shame it's old, so there are things like stains on the walls and stained carpets, and it smells stale. I recommend a renovation to remove all the stains. Excellent service, very kind and friendly receptionist, and the restrooms are also good. They have a restaurant and bar. The location is convenient, a 15-20 minute walk from the center.

Very friendly staff, good room, bathroom and hotel facilities and with a balcony. Despite the good attitude, here and there in the room there was a bit of need for renovation (e.g. a protruding screw on the bathroom ceiling). Unfortunately there is no hotel parking space either. Still recommended.

Es war alles sehr gut, vor allem das Frühstück. Der Teppichboden war stark verfleckt, auch auf den Sitzmöbel waren Flecken. Der Rest der Wohnung war sehr saubrr. Dad Petsonal war sehr freundlicj und zuvorkommend. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.
