Property is horribly outdated. The smell of wet dirty air is overwhelming. The thermostat in the rooms does not work, and the temperature actually got hotter the lower we set the temperature. There was feces all over the bottom of the toilet seat, and other peoples hair was everywhere in the room. To top it all off, my entire family got sick no doubt from our stay.

This place is worn out and needs an upgrade. The room smelled strange the curtains were stained. When we returned from dinner there was a muffin and muffin wrapper in the hallway in the middle of the floor. When I woke up in the morning, it was still there. Not good.

I got a suite. The jacuzzi tub was old and had a few stains of long term usage (water leak stains). Ice machine on the second floor didn’t work.

Was a nice stay . When we first got there and went to our room the door was open and the toilet was not clean. There was poop and toilet paper all in the toilet . Had to go back down and they changed our room. Overall was a nice stay.

The best thing about this hotel is the front desk staff which is amazing but it ends about there. The towels in our room were dirty so we switched them out with the front desk. The shower head was falling out of the wall and the shower/tub knob literally fell off every time we turned it on or off. The floors in the hall were stained and on the weekend nights, we were woken up around 3 AM to loud guests in other rooms (not the hotel's fault). The breakfast buffet was wanting and the hotel is in need of an update all around. Again the staff was amazing and accommodating but that was about it. The photos on the website definitely oversell this property.

The bathroom was tiny, the carpets in the hall were dirty and the in-room AC was very loud.
