Customer service was not friendly nor welcoming. There was cigarette smell the entire building including the room. Beddings could use an upgrade! Pillows completely flat. Mattress with no support, can feel the springs. Breakfast wasn’t what was shown on the pictures. Very limited choices of healthy foods. Canned fruits with added sugar. Scrambled eggs to salty…..

Not a bad stay but the 4th floor where we stayed smelled badly of smoke. You notice it as soon as you get off the elevator. The room itself didn't seem as bad thankfully but the that smoke smell was still there.

The staffs are friendly I enjoyed breakfast only one day 2 days breakfast finished before breakfast time the next day no hot breakfast so I didn’t went for the last day the room also has somewhere in the carpet where sucking wet they don’t do nothing about it the bed are comfortable the room cleaned

It was a great stay. All needs were above normal. The room was very comfortable. A full refrigerator freezer was a plus. We will be back.

The staff at the front desk was amazing. We had to switch rooms 5 minutes after checking in because of how horrible the original room was. It had a foul odor, she shower wasn’t cleaned, the bed wasn’t on the platform, and was insanely dirty. I even took pictures to show the front desk. They were very apologetic on room service’s behalf. The front desk solved that problem immediately. Our second room was better, except room service is terrible. No one replaced towels, collected used towels, or checked the rooms. There was pet dander and dust on every surface in the room (I am aware the hotel is pet friendly) that seems like it had been there forever. The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was just as friendly as the staff at the front desk.

Enjoyed the night at Best Western Plus in Augusta - Room was great, clean and the fridge worked well. Really liked they had a fridge with a separate freezer section that was roomy enough for an ice cream box.

Unfortunately I don’t know if I’ll be getting any sleep. It’s past midnight and I can hear everything outside my door into the lobby. And then to make it worse the bed and pillows are pretty uncomfortable. The only other thing is I saw quite a few hairs in the bathroom (tub, floor) which tells me they did not clean well :( All other aspects are good but the fact that I won’t be getting a good nights sleep before I get back on my road trip is terrible.

All night I can hear the traffic going by because no one thought to use insulated windows, and woke up to the SUN IN MY FACE because the room had no room darkened blinds and let’s not talk about the SMOKE that fill my room all night.
A full refund is due because this was a horrible experience. I hope someone will respond to this review and address my complaint.
