Best Western Plus Augusta Hotel

Good place for the price/value. Great convenient location to dining, shopping and interstate access. The staff were all great, pleasant and efficient. The breakfast options were good and presented well. The only negatives were my bathroom fan made a terrible noise for several minutes that I worried would disturb my neighbors but it stopped after several minutes. I also see this property starting a slow decline and I have stayed here often before and this makes me sad.

Front desk staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Best Western is one of the few hotels that has a reasonable pet fee. I am usually only spending one night on the road with my dog and fees for a place to stay have tripled in the past few years. I hope Best Western keeps doing what they are doing!

The room was dirty, floor had crumbs on carpet and a sock was still in room from previous guests. There was a constant skunk smell in the halls. Assume from pot. The clerk at front desk was nice. .

My new favorite hotel! The staff was super helpful in all aspects and very knowledgeable for all things BW and even helped me set up my rewards account. The room was clean and bug/odor free (sometimes hotel rooms can have a this issue). 10/10 5 Stars!

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond making our stay comfortable during a difficult time for my family. Alexandria C. was a blessing when we showed up tired and jet-lagged from our last minute flight from the west coast. She showed understanding and compassion and Best Western is very lucky to have her on their team. The breakfast was also good and Vernice made it even better with her smile. She clearly takes pride in what she does and it shows. I have travelled all over and have stayed from luxury to budget, and this hotel definitely stood out as one of my best stays, not only because of the clean and comfortable accommodation, amenities and the food but because of the people. Thank you Best Western. You have a customer for life.

Stayed here two separate times on the ground floor both times and everything is pretty great EXCEPT it’s so loud. The rooms need more soundproofing. May be better on higher floors. Noise of other guest’s foot traffic, employees doing their normal work rounds and the mechanical noise from the elevators really take away from otherwise pretty great rooms.
