Holiday Inn Express AUGUSTA DOWNTOWN by IHG

Good quality american breakfast with 2 choices of omelette. Unfortunately no fresh fruits. Big room, comfortable beds. I slept well.Good safe parking. Generally, Worth staying there.

I was on a trip for work so had to get the room for the night it was very nice and clean well put and the tv was easy to use and find the channels honestly a nice stay if you want your moneys worth

The lady at the front was really nice. We were exhausted from long trip. She offered us a bottle of water free of charge and gave some snack as we arrived there late night. The room was spacious and clean. I will stay there again when I go back to Augusta.

Hotel was clean, beds were great, breakfast staff was awesome and accommodating. Front desk staff don’t seem to work together or cohesive. Otherwise great hotel

The hotel itself was pretty clean. In our room there were spots from the previous guest that were not cleaned up and the thermostat in our room needed to be replaced, it literally fell off the wall. The breakfast was disappointing. Most of the business in a 3 block radius are abondoned.

This was a quick walk to the Bell Auditorium and the river walk. The property was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly.

They failed to recognize me as an IHG rewards member and didn't do anything to correct it when I mentioned it. But the staff did a very good job being courteous to the people having breakfast in the mornings and managed it well. So, one good thing and one bad thing equals an overall "good" review.

The room was very clean. We loved the Dove soap that was provided, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
