Very professional staff and very comfortable

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was very good

The motel is beautiful and clean, however the staff have VERT bad attitudes and they don't know their correct information to give guests. I called and spoke with the manager and she had a very bad attitude and acted ghetto. She was VERY unprofessional and because of this I will not spend my money their again.

Through no one’s fault their internet was down but they were not well organized. Staff had to let you into your room every time you left. My biggest concern came Around midnight when someone tried to enter my room. Thankfully I travel with added door locks and alarms so they didn’t actually get into my room but this was very alarming especially since I was traveling alone. My biggest problem was that when I called the desk, they spoke to me like it was no big deal as well as the staff the next day. There was no manager on site to speak to and no one even apologized.

The staff was great!! However, a ROACH appeared from under the television while we were watching tv. We were NOT happy with seeing and killing BUGS.

First day i stayed there was 10 minutes left before breakfast ended and attendant told me it was closed. I was disappointed with that.

Was not able to get Hilton honors points, because I booked third-party, but I’m able in every other Hilton location to get points.

Eggs weren't not good but even if they were - pans we're not filled in a timely manner and what was in the pan was cold and dry. Lack of attention to everything but phone calls and phone scrolling
