Best Western Plus Augusta Hotel

We were in town for my grandson’s surgery so it was an extended stay. We made the right choice with this particular Best Western location. The amenities were great and the staff very kind and accommodating whenever we had a need. It’s very decent for the price and we will definitely stay again if we’re in the area again. Thanks!

I stay here frequently whenever I’m working in augusta, the hotel is typical for the price range. The reason I keep coming back and this is my hotel is because of Dianne at the front desk. He is a top notch desk person, made me feel like I’d been a loyal customer for 30 years from the very first time I walked in the door.
The Partridge Inn Augusta, Curio Collection by Hilton

This pls e use to have the most amazing food. Incomparable to any hotel around. Now, breakfast should include rhe buffet still advertised on hotel sites. There is no lunch when the mention of their fried chicken would make my mouth water, but you cant even get a cracker. Dinner is extremely delicious but extremely expensive as well. The staff (In the Restaurant ONLY) needs to find employment in a cubicle bc guests should be treated with special care when they are relying in you as part of their wonderful travel experience in order to have the need to bother with coming back here. However, the housekeeping, front desk amd especially the Bellman, Mr. John was most helpful and kind as well.

Love the location of the hotel. Its close to Washington Road, where they have lots of restaurants and fun things to do. The staff was very nice and check in went smoothly. Its quiet and I sleep peacefully the entire night. I slept so good, I didn't want to get up the next morning. lol. I will definitely be going back again!!
Courtyard Augusta

This was disappointing for a Courtyard. The staff was excellent, but the hotel is older and just updated. They didn’t bother to remove the popcorn ceiling. It still felt dated. Our room smelled musty, the tub dripped water, and the windows are original so you can hear people and cars in parking lot. The pillows are nice, the bed is harder than what we’ve been doing over the last week. Pets allowed so maybe that’s the musty smell? The photos shows a fire pit area, well there’s no fire or cushions on the chairs. Starbucks picture is just black coffee with only 3 flavor pumps they would add. This isn’t a Starbucks. You’re better to drive to the corner for real Starbucks. Quesadilla breakfast was very good, and cost $9.50. I would not recommend.
Holiday Inn Express Augusta Downtown

Every single employee we had interaction with before and during our stay was helpful, professional and kind. This hotel is safe and secure. Offers free shuttle and went out of their way to take care of all the people going to a concert at the Bell! There is a free breakfast daily, the pancake machine was broken but the other choices were good. We also enjoyed a glass wine at the Managers reception on Tuesday. Thank you so much! We'll see you next time we are in Augusta! Another downtown hotel had the cars broken into. We had no problem with the security of our cars at this hotel.
