I was with a guest in this hotel, there is a parking with a barrier only for the hotel! We were welcomed friendly, we were explained the way to the room and showed. About breakfast and restaurant we were informed, a table was reserved for the evening. The food was super and also breakfast. The room and also the bath have a good size! I'll come back when I'm back in this area, in any case!

Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant and the parking is only €3. The room was very large with everything one needs in it. The initial contact over the phone went very smoothly too. The whole place is spotless and welcoming.

Lage topp,Hotelparkplatz zwar gratis aber eng. Außerhalb auch ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten(z.T. kostenpflichtig). Zimmer klein, praktisch, sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man so aus Hotels kennt. Deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit! Der Papp-Trink- Zahnputzbecher mag ein Anfang sein und auch die übliche nette Aufforderung zu den Handtüchern ( hängen lassen wenn weiter genutzt). Letzteres wurde trotz regelkonformer Ausführung komplett vom Zimmerservice ignoriert und man bekam am 2. Tag wieder ein frisches Handtuchpaket! Am Buffet überwiegend Plastik verpackte Einzelportionen! Das habe ich in diesem Ausmaß lange nicht mehr erlebt. Auf den Screens im Frühstücksraum sich stetig wiederholende Eigenwerbung. Hier wären Uhrzeit, Wetter und Infos zu örtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten eine angenehme Bereicherung. Leider besticht der Frühstücksraum durch Fastfoodimbiss-Charme - man isst vom Tablett und die Geräuschkulisse ist enorm. Sauberkeit ist aber lobenswert.

The hotel was chosen for the second time and it was the right. It is clean, the staff is very friendly and stands for one there. Breakfast is sufficient for everyone in it The rooms are well furnished and very clean. All of this hotel is accessible by foot. And the parking house is shortly well to drive with us.We come back

The room is clean and tidy, I hope to keep it up! The environment is very good, the transportation is convenient, it is convenient to eat, drink and play, the nearby shopping mall supermarket is convenient for shopping, very close to the train station! Public security is very good!

Hotel Weißes Ross Marienberg Erzberge A small city hotel 100 metres from the market. Ordinary, clean, cozy rooms, a small sauna, bar, restaurant and delicate kitchen offer a good starting point to froze all possibilities of winter sports in the surrounding area. Four stars are not five stars, but they must also be defended/realized on a continuous and comprehensive daily basis. Server in Leggings, relaxing hygiene measures (on the second day no gloves for guests at breakfast buffet, staff temporarily without mask), extreme kitchen smells throughout the hotel due to open kitchen traction, No water donor or bottles of mineral water in the sauna area, reception often silent and dry, up to the exodus baked slices bring some points of decline and unfortunately allow only 3 stars. A look at the guest review would also have revealed here that our son is not 7 but 15 years old and does not need a ”pittiplatschmenu”. Also the constant requests of guests for breakfast for coffee, coffee seed, Success etc are unnecessary. On our table for dinner, flowers were untouched with sadly hanging heads throughout the period. The service must take this in mind and ensure continuous refreshment. Here the house could be safely inclined and quickly reach the 4-star level.

Das Hotel ist sehr veraltet was Technik und Mobiliar betrifft, man fühlt sich in die 80ger Jahre zurückversetzt. Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern und besonders aus dem Frühstücksrestaurant ist hingegen hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist einem Ketten 3 Sternehotel entsprechend langweilig und unspektakulär, aber in Ordnung. Die Buchung per Telefon war sehr unkompliziert und definitiv günstiger als bei einem der div. Online Anbieter (OTAs). Es gab einen Buchungsfehler, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit alles zu lösen.
