An absolutely amazing experience. Checked in by Manager who was awesome. Very Friendly staff and exceptionally clean hotel, in fact very impressed considering they allow dogs on first two floors. There is no question that staff here cares about and embraces cleanliness and great customer service! Good Job Team Courtyard!!

Jose Cordova was very friendly! Great smiling face in the morning. He was very nice and deserves a recognition. He was very helpful and upbeat for a morning greeting for our breakfast. He also checked in after breakfast to make sure everything was going well.

Hotel Hospitality was the best I’ve ever experienced! Morrison, the hotel manager, was professional and hospitable. In addition, the staff was polite and more than accommodating. They all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The staff made our experience one of the best!

The suite that has been prepaid was actually sold when I checked in. Although Ctrip immediately negotiated, the room type I originally booked was still not available, and the hotel's attitude was very bad.
