The hotel repeatedly charged fees, frozen a large amount of money for no reason except the deposit, and did not release it more than one week after leaving the hotel

賓館位於奧斯汀市區的第二大街，周邊交通吃都非常便利。飯店比較多，就是沒有中餐，另外酒店的早飯一般，沒有歐洲的賓館號。

The hotel is located on Second Street in downtown Austin, and the surrounding transportation and food are very convenient. There are many restaurants, but there is no Chinese food. In addition, the breakfast in the hotel is average, and there is no European hotel number.

I stayed 4 nights in the hotel. It suppose to be relatively new however the decor is just nice but nothing spectacular.

Id have to say though that everything worked smoothly, all the team were extremely nice and accommodating and overall my experience was pleasant 
Just missing the Je ne sais quoi. 

Wonderful stay, no issues.  ( except getting in and out of the wee parking lot. Key room wouldn’t work. Assistant didn’t answer.
