Location was excellent! Close to many destinations from bars, clubs and restaurants, grocery stories (target, Whole Foods)
Down the street from Franklins BEST brisket in Austin 😝
Friendly check in , pool is perfect for summer weather! Gave cleanliness a 4 bc toilet didn’t not work first day and when send plumber to fix he has to go out and buy a part that needed replacement due to not being maintained. Took half a day to get fixed and couldn’t use restroom to 💩
After new part was installed , toiled flushed and at times got stuck so we had to turn of the water from bottom of toilet and turn back in for feces to flush 😩
Other than that, we were closed to many locations assessable on lime light scooter. Friend lobby held our bags last day for us to explore and we’re kind enough to deliver pre stamped postcards ♥️

The room is relatively clean and the location is good. But the overall environment is not very good. There are many big hotels around and the breakfast is very simple.

It’s just a motel. There are homeless people at the door at night. The clerks dare not open the door after 8 o’clock. They can only check in through the window. On the first day, I was woken up at night. Many people were drinking and chatting at the door, like a riot. People control. Had been staying there on and off for work they charged me 100 dollars on my last visit for “smoking” in the room. Mind you I had stayed there on 4 other occasions with out incident and can clearly be seen going to my vehicle to smoke several times throughout the evening in question. They stole my money

Very nice, clean, roomy, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Located near my appointment. Breakfast was good too: cereal, fruit, yogurt, and coffee.

Hotel front desk barely spoke English. Was very old, run down, rusty, and lights falling off the wall, literally in the middle of the night!
