It was located Closer to the freeway, nearby the activity We wanted to do, had very nice breakfast, what I did not like it didn't have a microwave in our hotel room, when picking on the heater, its smell like something burning,, like dust or linens, I noticed the front desk.. I didn't want them to think I was smoking in the room, , even though the hallway smells a little smokey... Overall I enjoyed my visit.

I went to Austin for business and stay here because it was between the airport and downtown. It was nice, clean and the internet was very fast as well. I will stay here again if I ever come back.

There were bedbugs in our room 315! I got bit several times on my arm. I would not stay at this hotel, and it really needs a deep clean. I was very disappointed with my stay.

I was in town for a friend's wedding and this location was fairly close to the venue. I knew that I was going to be in for a bit of a ride when after checking in, despite my room and supposedly the entire property being smoke-free, there was an obvious smoke scent in the hallway. I proceeded though and found what on the surface was a decent looking room but on further inspection that was not the case. Obvious dust collecting in multiple places including a black line under the dresser. On multiple occasions I had to act as an exterminator and remove bugs from my room. Bathroom had a sink plunger that was non-functional but another guest and made it possible to simply remove the top of the plunger to allow the water to flow out. Tons of rust on the fixtures in the bathroom and to top it off what looks like some kind of mold growth around the heating lamp. I understand that a good portion of the property is already undergoing refurbishing but I can not in good conscience recommend this location to anyone staying for more than a single night.
