Hotel ZaZa Austin

This is a great hotel in the downtown Austin area. The staff members were wonderful and friendly. We were attending a concert at ACL Live so the location was only a few blocks away. The rooms are nice and clean. I will definitely be back in the future. A++++

Everything was wonderful. The only area that was not great was because they are remodeling the lobby, but besides that the hotel is beautiful everything was wonderful.

Live this hotel. The lobby is currently under renovation causing a little inconvenience but I’m sure it will be great when it’s finished.

If you book through *******, you get the worst room in the hotel. This is the second time this has happened to me.

The staff was amazing. They helped me figure out a game plan to get hot water to my room so I could make lemon water and the bar staff was so friendly. Even the valets were friendly and accommodating. The room was very cool and they even did turndown service while I was out and about. The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and overall I enjoyed staying here

The staff and service were excellent, however, all restaurants were closed due to either renovation or a private event. We were given a credit to use for room service and then the food was a disappointment. We couldn’t even use the pool until the following day either.

Lovely hotel, but beyond the $765/king room price, which was already astronomical, they added on $220/day in "fees" such as credit card processing fee, guest amenity fee, venue project tax, state tax, city tax, and Austin tourism assessment. So for a basic king room, it was $981/night and this seems unreal to me. It was lovely, but NOT that lovely.

There was construction work happening and a wedding. We couldn’t walk through the lobby because the wedding guests were leaving .

no USB-c charging ports in room. this is ridiculous in 2026/ But your desk clerk actually went out, bought and delivered to my room a charging cable. Refused payment!!! So until you renovate to add modern charging infrastructure, why don't you keep some correct cables at the desk. Charge guests a deposit of $10, refund on departure/return?
