Amazing location and amenities, beautiful apartment. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops you need on S. Congress. And major shoutout to Sonder's exceptional customer service/on site staff at this location for quickly accommodating an extra night when our flight was cancelled last minute and being so flexible as we checked in and out.

4 PM check-in time is unacceptable, and because you can’t check in until 4 PM there is nowhere for you to put your luggage either. You have to go a mile away to some random store and pay money to store your bags. Service staff on the phone was unaccommodating to say the least. I’ve stayed with SONDER before always had a good experience, seems like they don’t have it together in Austin south Congress location

The apartment we stayed in was very comfortable and well appointed. The location was amazing. Walking distance to great shopping and restaurants and central to everything in Austin. Everything was about 10 minutes away. Really appreciated the covered parking structure. We felt at home immediately . It was great to have a washer and dryer. The only complaint we have are the stairs leading down to the unit. It made it difficult to move our heavy luggage up and down the stairs. No elevator. Other than that would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

I lived in Austin for 8 years and came back for a week-long trip to show my boyfriend the city. We had a really wonderful time and couldn’t believe the value we got booking a whole apartment with Sonder, during ACL no less! The Lola’s location is perfectly situated on South Congress with easy access to Zilker Park & downtown via Uber, scooter, or walk. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool on the hot days & appreciated having a washer/dryer & kitchen appliances in unit for extra convenience. Aside from a few minor plumbing issues with the toilet and shower, our stay couldn’t have been better!

Great place and great location. Very nice walkable area with trendy coffee shops and brunch places. The space from our 1 bedroom apartment was very convenient for our couples trip, but is also well equipped for a family trip. The pool is also very cool and has a spa to relax.

The apartment was very nice, and in an awesome location! Surrounded by tons of cute shops and restaurants all in walking distance. The apartment itself was super cute and spacious. The bed was comfy, and a great shower/bathroom. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. If you love live music…. Stay here! Easy walk to most of the famous venues. Places to eat and shop also. Spacious apartments with everything you need. This is the third stay here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

this apartment was perfectly located. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. My only complaint would be the ice maker was turned off so there was no ice when we arrived. It was easily remedied by turning in on. Having a one cup coffee maker would be a good idea as well since I really didn't know how to make coffee in that big pot.

This is a most excellent spot to stay! It is a great location, is safe, and has parking. It was convenient for many restaurants and shops, too! The apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable and well-outfitted. No street noise that was noticeable.
