I had a bad cold in the plane as it was super cold. so I went to the hotel for early check in or for a room for a quick shower. The front desk is very cold and rude, and said I need to return in 4 hours since the room is not ready. Today before checking out I see many rooms are in fact ready by the same hour. I explain that I need to take a shower to avoid the situation to worsen or otherwise I will fall sick. Any arrangement would be great, even a dirty room. She said no. I in fact got sick today.

It was fair but not real good. The reason we chose this one was for the hot tub which was about 40 degrees. It was cleanish but old and worn. The whole floor smelled of pot. I guess this is what you get for this price. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the property is in poor shape. When you pay by card they charge a $50 deposit which then has to be returned after.
I had low expectations for the breakfast bar but not even those were met. They had cereal available but no milk.
Ice water would be a nice addition.

First and foremost the room did not look exactly like the pictures on the booking website. Rodents were in the room. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Zero stars. Lots of updating needs to be done. False advertisement is unacceptable.

For starters I asked the lady at the front desk for an early checkin and she completely changed my reservation from sat 25 til sun 26 to fri24 to sat 25 remind you I checked in to the room at 3am sat and was checked out at 11 am sat I asked to checkin to my reservation early not change my reservation which the lady at the front deck send I was a capable of for 25$ but what she didn’t tell me was she had to completely push my reservation back so when 11 am rolled around the lady at the desk came to my room told us we had to leave I explained the situation to her which she relayed over to manager thru the phone yea there was no property there and the lady at the desk was completely rude with no understanding than while she’s on the phone with the manager she would come to back rely the messages and you could tell she was just so rude from the messages the front was giving yo me from her then when I asked to speak to the property manager thru the phone the property manager said she was busy as if she didn’t want to be bothered by me then told the front desk if I don’t leave to call the cop without even hearing me so they call the cops and had me escorted out no understanding no compassion no compensation just rude

Horrible area right under highway. Supper shady - did not feel safe at all. Hotel was dingy with filthy carpets/elevators. Room smelled like mildew. Bed/sheets smelled off. Bathroom was fairly clean. Friendly staff. Hotel allowed cancellations, but ******* did not. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
