One of the worst hotel service I've encountered. Not recommended

It was a perfect stay

The hotel is clean, upscale, and the restaurant and bar choices on site were great! Arriba has great food and drinks and the diner was so yummy. Be prepared to wait on the weekends though without a reservation. My only complaint is the size of the rooms in The Tommie. For a weekend stay it’s ok, but anything longer and it would start to feel like the walls are closing in on you. The only sink breaks up the entry and the bed. The shower and toilet area are tight and minimal room to move around the bed. But beds were comfortable and would look to stay here again, but definitely get a bigger room.

This property is an Awesome experience with great dining within or walking distance for any taste. Be prepared to find parking or pay $60+ per night for Valet. This was the only set back of the trip. But, if you are wanting to stay in downtown Austin by 6th street and near action this is a great option.

Clean and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was inconvenient. The toilet was enclosed with the shower and the only sink was more for a bar than a bathroom. No counter space.

Great location, excellent valet and bar/restaurant staff. Rooms are smaller but on par with many European hotels and very comfortable. Room wasn’t serviced on one occasion, and little in the way of recognition of the inconvenience of this my front desk, but quickly rectified and not a big issue in the end. Would recommend

It is a nice hotel but be aware the rooms are unusual. The layout is so that the shower and toilet are together, and the shower isn’t separated so the entire space gets wet it would also be super easy to slip. It’s kind of gross also. The floor would be wet after you shower all day so if you use the toilet it’s just wet floor. They don’t leave you extra towels either to put down. The sink and mirror is in your room then so you are brushing your teeth, doing hair and makeup Outside Of the bathroom. So weird. It’s fine if you don’t care but it’s just so tight and small and unusual layout for sure.

Very friendly staff and service from everyone. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
