One of the worst hotel service I've encountered. Not recommended

It was a perfect stay

It is a nice hotel but be aware the rooms are unusual. The layout is so that the shower and toilet are together, and the shower isn’t separated so the entire space gets wet it would also be super easy to slip. It’s kind of gross also. The floor would be wet after you shower all day so if you use the toilet it’s just wet floor. They don’t leave you extra towels either to put down. The sink and mirror is in your room then so you are brushing your teeth, doing hair and makeup Outside Of the bathroom. So weird. It’s fine if you don’t care but it’s just so tight and small and unusual layout for sure.

Very friendly staff and service from everyone. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

The bar was good but made for last call before midnight on a Saturday wasn't expecting an early closure

Amazing all around! Wish the restaurant was open later than 11 but that was also my bad for assuming.

Clean room, super convenient and walking distance to night life in downtown. Will stay here again

Our stay at Tommie Austin was exceptional! The hotel itself had a really cool vibe, was clean, and the staff were very hospitable. This boutique hotel was one block from 6th street and in walking distance (few miles) to SoCo and the Congress Ave. Bridge for bat watching, kayaking or the ferry. There were also a variety of dining options at the hotel and nearby. For my husband and I, Tommy Austin was the perfect hotel and in the perfect spot for the things we wanted to do.

The staff was very disrespectful to my guest coming to visit me. He did not know he needed the key to get to my floor yet manager called security to kick him out of the hotel after being there for a few minutes waiting on me. Very unacceptable behavior by the staff. This happened 3
