I happen to stay here 2 nights as a part of a tour group. Hotel is nice with comfortable bed, pillows and good functional washroom. We also had dinner at the hotel. Food was very good. As it is located away from the city centre, except for a couple stores across the street, there is nothing around. One needs own transportation. Our hot air balloon ride got cancelled due to weather. The hotel is next to another fancy hotel. Overall nice stay at this hotel.

We were pleased with this low rise hotel. A large well appointed room and excellent hotel buffet. We would have liked to have used the pool but we were there out of pool season. It was about a 15 largely traffic free minute walk to cafes and supermarkets.

This was a good experience. The room was comfortable in size. The linen and toiletries were adequately good. Sleep quality was OK. The breakfast spread was large and tasty. The staff was helpful although language caused a problem at times.

Dark and depressing. Poor wifi connectivity. Poor location in the middle of nowhere. Couple of convenience shops across the street. Food was terrible. A few gift shops selling Knick knacks and souvenirs on the first floor. U can hear all noise from the hallway and other rooms as well

I travel with my own pillow, ear plugs and eye mask, so I can't comment on that stuff. Otherwise, great bed, A/C worked well, no issues with WiFi (maybe they've fixed things since Covid?). Dinner was good, breakfast was just ok. Everything was served hot. I went out for an excursion that night, so can't speak to the location much

Bad experience. Definitely dirty and old hotel. During our stay we repeatedly asked for the refrigerator to be fixed but the request fell into thin air. Dirty towels. The worst thing was when we found the bathroom not clean after returning from an excursion, we complained to the guy present at the reception but he was totally indifferent. Definitely shabby dinner with inedible dishes also because many of the dishes were already dirty. Shameful. Absolutely not recommended!

Stayed two nights as part of a tour. The hotel is quite far out, there are some convenience shops around but not much otherwise, mostly houses. The rooms are not bad, spacious enough, mine had a nice window facing the mountains. The first night, at around 1am, there was music playing from outside that woke me up. The second night was very quiet. The bathroom has a nice spacious shower. We also had the buffet dinner at the restaurant, and that wasn't bad. Breakfast was really good.

I visited the hotel as part of an organized tour at the beginning of August 2021.We stayed for 3 days. On the last night of our stay, I wanted to take out my valuables from the room's safebox. It didn t accept my code twice, ERROR was displayed. I went down to the reception, they opened it. When counting my money, I noticed that 100 USD was missing. When reporting to the hotel, I was dismissed,no actions taken. Later I noticed that one reviwer wrote about the same (2 reviews back) issue, so beware if the safe is not accepting your code after a while.
