Hotel was greatly understaffed with long queues for check in and food. Food quality was poor. Beware extra charge for dogs. Staff although thin on the ground were very good.

The room window design flaw. Cannot close tied .. the staff is helpful
We booked the hotel to use the pool. Nvr know need to book and pay extra … end up we dint use it

Got a nice room and cheaper breakfast thanks to booking through trip.com. Rooms are older but clean enough. Solid english breakfast with horrible coffee

Location is great, staff very friendly and accommodating, beds very comfy and clean and spacious room with nice view. Down falls: the bathroom despite being clean was in very poor condition with chipped sink and chipped bath, needs attention, breakfast was very poor quality, coffee tasted awful, apple juice tasted like water, and cooked breakfast was very poor , I ended up having only jam and toast

My husband and I had a couple of nights stay, its a lovely hotel with a relaxed feel, the room was very comfortable as was the the bed. It is quiet and we slept well. The swimming pool is great with a sauna and jacuzzi. The staff are friendly. Its is such a beautiful area. Great all round.

Big, spacious and alluring hotel, friendly and helpful front of house service, approachable and warm demeanor from all.
The hotel location was superb for quietness, no disturbance at all during the night.
Only comment would be the road between the main road and the parking area, littered with potholes, if the roads were in great condition it would been 5 out of 5 for location instead of the 4.
Otherwise great experience staying and would certainly look to book again
