El hotel esta en pleno centro justo en la puerta de la catedral, lo que hace que cualquier conexion con el centro se haga en poco tiempo, excelente ubicación, el hotel en las fotos no llama la atención pero en perona mejora mucho, tiene un estilo pintorescos pintado con detalles a mano de algun autor, muy buen gusto, aunque la falta de renovacion del suelo de madera que estaba como muy deteriorado por haber tenido agua y daba la sensación que habia estado con agua y se ha hinchado, por lo demás excelente.

Great place to stay - central to the main tourist sites and castle walls - good eating options and very nice rooms - will definitely stay there again

These guys are shady & not helpful. They have signs everywhere advertising their breakfast, but nowhere on any of their signs does it say that it's not included in the price of the room. Very sneaky, and definitely not worth 13.5 Euro per person. Be upfront and let people make their own decisions - shadiness is never the answer.
Also, their so-called AC is horrendous, non-functional, and the filters are disgusting. The front desk workers are not helpful. Will not be back to this hotel.

One of the loveliest hotels we’ve ever stayed in - it’s a palace, what’s not to love! Very stylish, right in the same square as the Cathedral. Great welcome and fabulous tips about Ávila from reception staff.

Beautiful hotel in a literal palace. Location can’t be beat. Right next to the cathedral. Easy walking to everything in town. The only downside is parking. Don’t even attempt to find parking in this city. The hotel offers parking for 12 euros in a nearby garage. Take it. You will not find anything better. Gorgeous city.
