We only stayed a night on our way north. The hotel was easy to find, check in was quick and welcoming. The room was small but that was fine - all we wanted was a clean room, comfortable bed and decent shower, we got exactly that. The underground car park is very tight - I’d recommend reversing in for an easier exit. Would happily stay again as it was excellent value.

Friendly service, basic rooms. The entrance to the garage is from the avenue down below, and an elevator takes you up to the reception area. Do not drive to the hotel itself, but stay below, Avenida Madrid. The restaurant was nice, with a pleasant terrace, great for people watching.

Atención inesistente. Se les mandó un mensaje para solucionar un error de fechas que Booking no puso problemas en solucionar y ellos se negaron a arreglarlo porque habían cobrado una estancia que no se disfrutó. Tienen que mejorar l atención al cliente porque eso no les beneficia. Yo aconsejo viajar a un sitio que sí te atiendan y estén pendientes del cliente.
